The binaries in the file lbt-win32-1_2.zip were compiled from the
sources in the file lbt-1.2.tar.gz with the following command:

make CFLAGS='-D__THROW_BAD_ALLOC="abort()" -O3'

after overriding the command search path so that a cross-compiler
version of g++ 2.95.2 for i386-mingw32msvc was invoked.
The macro definition avoids the inclusion of the C++ run-time library.
